Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person, for example: name, address, telephone number, date of birth.

Use and disclosure of personal data

Personal and confidential data (for example health data) should generally be kept secret and should therefore not be sent to us by email. We expressly point out that security cannot be guaranteed when transmitting data via the Internet, such as in communication by e-mail, which means that unauthorized access by third parties cannot be safely ruled out.

We offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. A valid email address is required so that we can trace who sent the request and respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
The data provided for the purpose of contacting us in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO is processed on the basis of your voluntary consent. The personal data collected by us for use of the contact form will be processed and used only for the designated purpose..

The assurances of this data protection declaration apply only to te websites of the CMR Academy GmbH and not to websites of third parties to which we have provided links. We have no influence on the observance of the legal data protection regulations by these providers.
Right to information
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, the origin of the data, its recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
Right of objection
